Our Standards

Low intervention.
High character.

Every grape we grow is shaped by our fifteen acres of limestone-clay soil on the Beamsville Bench. We farm without systemic herbicides, ferment with native yeasts, and age everything until it's ready, not until the schedule says so.

It makes the work harder. It makes the wine better.

Sustainable farming
Native yeast fermentation
100% estate grown grapes
Minimal sulphur additions
